What would be the best way to configure my SkyConnect and HA instance to communicate with the TRVs? NodeRED is brilliant. Each time I have a “lightbulb moment” I can easily (or sometimes after a bit of a struggle) execute it in my favourite automation software. This idea came to me after a conversation with a work colleague. He asked me about the impact of the radiator’s heat on the internal temperature sensor of the Moes ZigBee TRV I covered in my previous post. These thermostats come with a calibration setting that assures correct operation. Why calibrate something manually, when you can get NodeRED to do it for you? Why TRV is lying to you? Additionally, if any of the TRV’s are manually adjusted using the TRV head itself, again, call for heat by setting the Hive thermostat to 25 to force the it. At the end of the day, the automations you build using the temperature is the key. Yes, you may need a couple of more devices depending on what you want to do but overall i am very satisfied from the TRV. I read this topic and I read that you work on a heating system I also planned to do in my home assistant. Problem is that I can only do easy and simple automations and cant come to a working automation the control my radiators and centra heating. These logs are quite rich and we'll dive into the details later. Basically it says that the device paired successfully and is configured.

Is there a way to re-calibrate it?My device was spamming MQTT messages so I had to set a debounce in device config. Reporting I only get clusters Ota and genTime. Hi, It also happened to me that the valve detached from the heater. I later found that I did not installed the plastic ring that is provided by the manufacturer (Moes). It is a plastic ring with height of about 1cm (grey color). Any other wiser users have thoughts? I think we can do everything without the app after the initial pairing and config? To remove a device from the Zigbee2Tasmota list of devices and from the WebUI, use the command ZbForget or ZbForget . If the device is still connected to the network, it will pop up again later. I.e. ZbForget does not remove a device from the network; else use ZbLeave above. Advanced topic: Device Information ~

Boost Time Setting 100 sec - 900 sec, (default = 300 sec). Value can be found in the published state on the boost_heating_countdown_time_set property. It's not possible to read ( /get) this value. To write ( /set) a value publish a message to topic zigbee2mqtt/FRIENDLY_NAME/set with payload {"boost_heating_countdown_time_set": NEW_VALUE}. The minimal value is 100 and the maximum value is 900. The unit of this value is s. # Linkquality (numeric) Most of them should have some basic level of compatibility with Hubitat. There are some threads on community-based drivers for specific devices but the Hubitat team is in the US, so overall this isn’t a heavily developed device type.

What Zigbee2MQTT set up do you have? I have Conbee 2 to deConz. It will not pair up with the Moes TRV. I followed the Bearded Tinker video too. MQT : tele /% t opic%/RESULT = { "ZbBind" :{ "Device" : "0xF72F" , "Name" : "IKEA_Remote" , "Status" : 0 , "StatusMessage" : "SUCCESS" }} A list of all the entities is added, and a Thermostat Card which allows you to set the target temperature. I doubt that Moes ZigBee TVR is clever enough to figure out that offset needs applying only when the radiator is hot. A price tag on the device this complex would be much higher. The thermostatic valve applies a fixed offset to the temperature sensor to deal with the situation and mitigate the issue by averaging the error. By default the coordinator does not accept new devices unless put in pairing mode. When in pairing mode, it will accept pairing requests from any device within range.Hi, since a few days, I own four Eurotronic Spirit radiator valves. Till now, I am not so happy with them, but I am not sure if the occurring problems are caused by the spirits or are related to OpenHAB. It seems that quiet a few people around here... An endpoint supports different functions separated in clusters, and a device can have multiple endpoints to do different things. To simplify, think of your Zigbee device as a normal Tasmota device with a Zigbee radio instead of Wi-Fi. Each endpoint is akin to a GPIO that has connected Components or Clusters, in Zigbee terms.
