Glad I was able to read this as a complete box set. The story flowed well and dynamics between the characters was good. Alexis as a 21 yr old, barely seen the world for 10 yrs due to isolation, able to turn into an instant badass... not so much. Developing as a badass with her wolf... certainly... becoming alpha within months.... still a stretch but she was an elite specimen per the Doctor. It was supposed to be simple. Graduate, get a job to keep my mom from drowning in mountains of medical debt, and maybe score a scholarship to a decent college.
