Friends with benefits to lovers?? sign up me up!! I got the awesome opportunity to beta read Mindnight Kisses and omg it was soo freaking good!! The smut? incomparable. The diversity? BITCH YES, the romance and friend group dynamic? YUP it's all there;) I genuinely can't wait for the official release of this book so I can scream and yell about it with everyone else!! 10/10 definitely recommend:) I've seen a few authors do this, so I thought I would, too. First off, I want to thank anyone who wants to give this book a chance, regardless if you DNFed or not. Next, I want to just mention that this book won't be for everyone, from its length to I've seen a few authors do this, so I thought I would, too. First off, I want to thank anyone who wants to give this book a chance, regardless if you DNFed or not. Next, I want to just mention that this book won't be for everyone, from its length to the flawed college characters to its content—and if you’re a skim or dialogue reader, then this definitely isn’t for you. Yes, it's a spicy Romance, but it's also about people that make mistakes and are discovering themselves. Greta and Otis are two college kids trying hard to find their footing in life, while also falling in love—and coming to terms with what that really means (hence why it's an emotional slow burn). Regardless, if you end up giving this novel a chance, I hope you guys enjoy it! Please do not read if you're underage, as the sexual content and conflicts discussed might not be digested and understood in its intended manner.

I love the characters. They are deeply flawed and their problems hit to close too home *cough* Otis *cough* It’s a very character driven book and with such a real connection. I loved that. The reason it doesn’t have 5 stars it’s because Otis had some red flags but i’m glad he got the help and still making improvements. is difficult to like sometimes but she’s always so unashamedly herself no matter the consequences which was prime entertainment for me lol. She’s hilarious and I loved her character development. It was a journey watching her grow and learn. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐢𝐦 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐎𝐧𝐠. these characters were unapologetically themselves, flawed + so real. the story explored their struggles within themselves + their families, some of the best character development from the main characters but also some of the side characters.Okay absolutely loved this one. This is an EROTIC sports romance. There is a lot of sex and dirty shit, it’s not just romance. If that isn’t your cup of tea; don’t read and don’t complain about all the smut in it lol.

Midnight kisses by Jeanine Bennedict | The StoryGraph

It follows Greta, an ice queen with commitment issues who doesn’t do football players AND the coach’s daughter, and Otis, QB1 soft boy with a dominant and jealous streak. After hooking up one night at a party without exchanging names, they decide to become friends with benefits (and Greta is hellbent on zero commitment). And, you know how the story goes… I highly recommend this book if you love the vibes of Icebreaker and the Playing for Keeps series. It’s emotional, funny, and hot. Midnight Kisses is a modern masterpiece, a powerful novel that can be read on its own. This novel is written by Jeanine Bennedict. She is a true storyteller, and Midnight Kisses is her best book. It is an epic tale of family, secrets, loss, marriage, betrayal, friendships, laughter, and regrets. Midnight Kisses is a heartfelt novel written with compassion and hope, reconciling the past to pave a road to happiness and second chances. The characters in this novel bring life and heart to this story, each with a distinct voice and personality. They made readers love them, they made readers sad, they made readers angry, they made readers laugh, they made readers cry, and they made readers believe in the promise of love and home.

That Midnight Kiss is a 1949 Technicolor American musical romance film also starring Mario Lanza (in his first leading role) and Kathryn Grayson. Among the supporting cast were Ethel Barrymore, conductor/pianist Jose Iturbi (playing himself), Keenan Wynn, J. Carrol Naish, and Jules Munshin. The commercially popular film was directed by Norman Taurog, who the following year would again direct Lanza and Grayson in the even more successful The Toast of New Orleans. People reply in a lot of ways when they learn a loved one has died. “I’m sorry for your loss” is the most prevalent, followed by, “You must miss them.” If you love YA fantasy, wolf-shifters, and enemies-to-lovers romance, get ready for a pulse-pounding story that will keep you riveted until the very last word. The casting crew should all be fired. Adelaide Kane's character was the best in that she portrayed a person that was NOT interested in her brothers college buddy.
