Beth Hart’s A Tribute To Led Zeppelin does what it says on the tin and in doing so highlights what incredibly complex and glorious songs these really are – performed here with all due respect and often pleasing re-invention. Now we have so much more of it to enjoy with the arrival of The Beatles White Album remastered reissue. Female inspiration is a constant theme throughout the book. As for the sound quality, on this JRK remix, I’m no audiophile but I know what I like and this new presentation does sound more muscular and vibrant.
