About this deal

Let’s begin making your killer pork sinigang. After heating 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, sauté your onion until the layers begin to separate. Add half of your tomato pieces and sauté for about 2 minutes. Your pork belly goes in next; when it begins to brown, add around a tablespoon of fish sauce, or patis. After sautéeing for a while longer, pour in 8 cups of water. Cover your pot and bring the liquid to a boil. Once boiling, add in your 66 grams of Knorr Sinigang sa Sampaloc Mix with Gabi, and cover the pan again. Salt the pork ribs. In a large heavy bottomed pot, add a little oil just to coat. Once oil is hot, add the ribs and sear until browned on both sides; do not crowd the pot, you will probably need to do this in a couple of batches. Have I chika you about of trip to Mindoro? With many heralding it as the national Filipino food, it comes as no surprise that its reputation has spread far and wide across the world. Anywhoooo, let’s go ahead and make this ever-so-famous sinigang na baboy recipe (as we say it in Filipino). Sinigang is a great dish to make in advance because it keeps well, and tastes even better as it sits in the fridge and the flavours have a change to mingle.
