Grant us good in this world and good in the hereafter, and save us from the chastisement of the fire - 2:201 Our Lord, and admit them to gardens of perpetual residence which You have promised them and whoever was righteous among their fathers, their spouses and their offspring. Indeed, it is You who is the Exalted in Might, the Wise. – And protect them from the evil consequences [of their deeds]. And he whom You protect from evil consequences that Day – You will have given him mercy. And that is the great attainment.

Rabbana wala tuhammilna ma la taqata lana bihi wa'fu anna waghfir lana wairhamna anta mawlana fansurna 'alal-qawmil kafireenThis is a dua asking ALLAH SWT to make the path of righteousness easy upon the believers. One can ask ALLAH SWT for his life’s tests to be easy ones that he is capable of enduring and overcoming. To not be tested more severely than our predecessors. A dua for repentance, washing away our misdeeds and asking ALLAH SWT to cause us to die guided on the right path. Narrated Ibn Abbas RA: (One night) I stayed overnight in the house of my aunt Maimuna, and said to myself, “I will watch the prayer of ALLAH’s Messenger ﷺ My aunt placed a cushion for ALLAH’s Messenger ﷺ and he slept on it in its length-wise direction and (woke-up) rubbing the traces of sleep off his face and then he recited the last ten Verses of Surah Imran till he finished it. Dua praising ALLAH SWT and asking for His protection from Jahannam (fire). If we take the time to look at the world, we see how complex yet organized all of ALLAH’s creations are. We can see nothing was created erratically. There’s a greater purpose in everyone one of his creations. This supplication is to show gratitude, and appreciation for the beauty in life. The dua continues to ask ALLAH SWT for protection on the day of judgment and that we are saved from the punishment of the fire.

A dua for those who want to testify the truth and verbally affirm their belief in it. Any who is (so) grateful does so to the profit of his own soul: but if any is ungrateful, verily ALLAH is free of all wants, Worthy of all the praise. Increase and benedictory sufficiency (barakah) in awful livelihood, the fulfillment of all needs, virtuous deeds, desirable morals, beneficial knowledge, honor, and prestige. The strength of faith, guidance into the straight path, and perfect sincerity in ‘Ibadah’. Our Lord! Grant us what Thou didst promise unto us through Thine apostles, and save us from shame on the Day of

Keep practicing, listen to the video and recite frequently and you’ll have this dua memorized in no time. Our Lord, decide between us and our people in truth, and You are the best of those who give decision. Du’a of Prophet Musa AS. Dua for sabr (patience), perseverance, and a prayer requesting ALLAH to let us die righteously. This was recited after Fir’awn resorted to persecution and threatened Musa AS after he threw his own people and established the truth among all those who disbelieved.

ALLAH’s Messenger ﷺ said: (All praise is due to ALLAH! You cannot bear it-or stand it-. You should have said: (Our Lord! Give us in this world that which is good and in the Hereafter that which is good, and save us from the torment of the fire!))Our Lord! We have indeed believed: forgive us, then, our sins, and save us from the agony of the Fire [3:16] These verses then continue by asking ALLAH Ta’ala of forgiveness, wealth, success, prosperity, protection, safety, victory, etc,. Not only for this world but for the hereafter. Collectively these are known as the 40 Rabbana duas of the Quran. Best to recite during every supplication. If someone lives in a place where so many Haram activities take place and it is even risky for him to control himself. There is a chance of harm to his Deen. He feels that he may divert from the righteous path of ALLAH, Sirat-al-Mustaqeem. The above dua will definitely work Insha ALLAH. Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and anything We may have done that transgressed our duty: Establish our feet firmly, and help us against those that resist Faith[3:147] Rabbana-ghfir lana dhunuubana wa israfana fi amrina wa thabbit aqdamana wansurna ‘alal qawmil kafireen

Similarly, ‘Hasanah’ or ‘good in the Hereafter’ shall cover everything from Paradise, with its countless and endless blessings to the pleasure of ALLAH Almighty and the privilege of seeing Him. Qurrata ‘a’ayuni is an Arabic expression meaning to bring ‘coolness to the eye’ particularly from a spiritual perspective to bring calmness, joy, or happiness. Asking ALLAH SWT to grant us “coolness of the eyes” among our wives and through our children and future generations. To gift us as being good leader, a role model for the righteous. Our Lord! Bestow on us Mercy from Thyself, and dispose of our affair for us in the right way![18:10] Rabbana ‘atina mil-ladunka Rahmataw wa hayyi lana min amrina rashada رَبَّنَا آتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحْمَةً وَهَيِّئْ لَنَا مِنْ أَمْرِنَا رَشَدًاSimilarly, we should ask ALLAH The Exalted for the ‘Hasanah’ or ‘good in the Hereafter’. That will cover all of Paradise (Jannah). And its countless and endless blessings to the pleasure of ALLAH The Almighty and the privilege of seeing HIM one day. Our Lord! Any whom Thou dost admit to the Fire, Truly Thou coverest with shame, and never will wrong-doers Find any helpers![3:192] Rabbana innaka man tudkhilin nara faqad akhzaytah wa ma liDh-dhalimeena min ansar رَبَّنَا إِنَّكَ مَن تُدْخِلِ النَّارَ فَقَدْ أَخْزَيْتَهُ وَمَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ مِنْ أَنصَارٍ This verse also corrects those ignorant dervishes (so-called mystics) who think that real ‘ibadah lies in praying for the Hereafter alone and claim that they do not, on that count, care much about the mortal world. Don’t forget to read the benefits of→Allahumma Inni As’aluka Al Afiyah Full Dua Du’a for repentance, victory, and resiliency. To plant one’s feet firmly in the face of evil. In the above verse it says, “So ALLAH gave them the reward of this world and the good reward of the Hereafter. And ALLAH loves the doers of good.”
