This isn’t a camera — but it goes very well with one. This new tabard from Rider Eye was released after the maximum speed to pass horses was changed to 10mph in the Highway Code. I should note that the time it takes to charge (2 hours) means that any upload time less than that for a full card is really not an issue unless I am anxious to view the video. Another noteworthy feature of the Veho Muvi K2 NPNG is its long battery life, which ensures continuous recording for extended periods. The camera also has a built-in LCD screen, which allows users to easily frame their shots and review their footage.

I read the pdf version of the documentation (supplied on the CD) because I do not like reading what must be 4 point type of the included printed manual. To capture more of your ride, this camera has a 170° wide-angle lens. You can also record time-lapse videos and burst photos, giving you lots of choice and fun.

The K2NPNG doesn’t deviate from typical action camera design, looking like a cross between the GoPro Hero4 and Rollei’s ActionCam range. Free from the confines of its waterproof case and without the LCD screen attached it’s a fraction larger than a GoPro, and its lens extends out a little further.

The field of view is a little narrower than I would like for a dash-cam, and the field of view seems to be columnated a bit below perpendicular. To put that another way, the center of the video is about 10-15 degrees below that at which I am aiming. What to look for

If disk space is in short supply, you could always convert the files to a file with suitable compression (e.g., mp4)using VLC or a similar product. The accessories seemed almost generous: clip, pouch, strap, corded USB, un-corded USB, CD, printed manual, and really useful software-- it automatically begins upload when connected (if you have the power switch to "on" and the VOX to "off").

Plus, a wealth of accessories makes capturing almost any activity a breeze. It's certainly worth consideration if you're in the market for a solid action cam, especially one that's waterproof to 100m. Very good picture quality for its size (640X480 VGA or 2 mega pixels). Videos look good even when shown on my video projector. Records at up to 30 fps so videos are not jerky. It is solid-- metal case, enough heft to be ergonomic and light enough not to notice when carrying-- the deceptively fragile-looking clip accessory is of heroic strength.

Simply activate the Wi-Fi function on the front of the camera, search for the camera in said smartphone's Wi-Fi settings and connect. We had a bit of trouble linking the first time but a bit of fiddling soon gets it running smoothly.
