Both books are on the free Libby app, but both were so good that I ended up purchasing both on Kindle b/c I was taking so many notes--and with Kindle--it's easier to just highlight directly from text. She also provides a lot of the empathy and scientific explanation for why it sometimes feels like we can’t stop eating. I thought this book did a great job of explaining gut health and how to reduce/eliminate sugar cravings.
