There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data. Smooth the glue that remains on the fin root and the body tube and set the fin aside for a couple minutes or so.

I don't know what additive they put in wood glue that makes it yellow but I'm sure it makes it a little more water resistant. However, with its constant use, the drawer is getting yanked on to a point of coming apart on the left side. It's just a simplier PVA glue and would certainly work for wood however I think you would get more strength from a wood glue. Yellow glue has better 'grab'- you can just move the workpiece back and forth a bit until it stiffens up. Elmers Glue-all was used quite a bit in the 1940 and 50's until some of the modern Carpenters glue came along.

Yellow glue is advertised as being "specially formulated" for woodworking while white glue is considered more of an "all purpose" glue.

For a stronger bond I have had really good luck with an epoxy on one part and a bit of super glue on the other, makes the epoxy into an almost instant set. None of the things I made years ago with white glue have fallen apart yet (at least not that I'm aware of).
