I agree with others who have mentioned that it smells old fashioned, like it came from another time. I must confess I rejected her at first, she was a gift that gathered dust on my shelf for about a year. Update 2018: It's been some years, the smell of the first bottle(pre-reproduction) I owned wasn't exactly the same. In a couple of hours, the sweetness disappears completely from my skin, leaving spicy and slightly bitter base-notes. match with my skin, it lasts all day, no weird notes, makes me feel feminine and sexy, and I love the gothy vibes of the bottle (genuinly loved it back then, still a guilty pleasure now).

This reminds me of the floral-amber-sandalwood combo of Thierry Mugler's Alien, combined with the iris and tonka of Lolita Lempicka.It's what the bottle look like vintage , gothic,gloomy and yes it contains light purplish blue like the color of the juice. I have worn this for ages, actually I DONT wear it that often but I always have a bottle around, I think it's just an amazing scent because it makes me feel all these conflicting feelings at the same time.
