Safety is our first philosophy at Plum® and sits at the very heart of our brand; so you the parent, can have peace of mind. This didn’t affect performance or longevity, but our tester didn’t feel the scooter should be used anywhere near its maximum weight limit of 50kg. They all grow at different rates and times so being so adjustable means the Globber My Free 4 in 1 caters for all kids within the age and weight restrictions regardless of their height. Perhaps she feels safer at home, or maybe she just doesn't want the other kids to watch her incase she falls off {although she's never fallen off}.

I love that it gives kids different options for different surfaces, or if they get bored and just want to change things up.

Once the child is able to push around by his or herself, the T bar handlebar comes off, becoming a pushbike that the little one can independently push around on. We use all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of descriptions of Goods provided to us by the seller but may not have inspected the Goods prior to dispatch to you.

As a scooter, our tester’s three-year-old could lift it over kerbs herself without difficulty, but as a ride-on it was more cumbersome to carry. It’s full of useful information, with the three main modes illustrated in diagrams, and age, weight and seat height ranges very clearly labelled. Featuring an adorable entrance door, two functional sliding windows, an open back window and even a real doorbell. We are committed to offering the best value to our members, with a satisfaction guarantee on both your membership and merchandise. The folding foot rests get out of the way nicely, and are simply slotted between the seat and the lower portion of the scooter/bike.

Since bub can't talk enough to answer my questions about what she thinks of the scooter, I've put together a list of my favourite features. The innovative design features also puts it leaps ahead of other kids scooters and ride-ons on the market. While our tester’s three-year-old was thrilled with it, we would prefer more gender-neutral alternatives.

We have got lots of scooters for kids of all ages, so from tots through to teenagers, you're sure to find the perfect choice for your child. I received a scooter from Globber for the purpose of review, but did not receive payment for this review. The Comfort model has a more generous seat than the Sporty version (and added foot rests), and the Play models include a light-up horn. The scooter has a number of safety features built in including the parental control handle when used as a balance bike so you know they can't zoom off when they're not confident enough. While the matte plastic finish looks less high-end than the equivalent Micro 3-in-1 Deluxe Pushalong – especially in the neon pink our parent tester, Rachel’s, model came in – this isn’t reflected in durability or stability, both of which were impeccable throughout the week-long testing period and for months afterwards. With a kid-friendly throttle integrated into the handlebars, your child can confidently steer and move at safe speeds with two built-in speed modes of 0-6km/h and 0-10 km/h. The Play model we tested did come with a light-up horn, but this is more of a toy than a safety device. The Globber range offers a series of ride-on scooters that transform from that first walking and push bike, to their first scoot for beginners. During the brake test, the scooter took 59cm to come to a complete stop, which is useful to know when approaching traffic. From Peppa Pig to Spiderman themed children's scooters, our colourful range has got something that will surely get your little ones excited.

GROWS WITH YOUR CHILD The 3-height adjustable T-bar can be adjusted as your child grows and TPR grips ensure that e-scooter cruising is always comfortable. The Globber My Free 4 in 1 is an awesome little scooter that's perfect for toddlers right through to approximately 6 years old. It’s important to note that when the parent handle is attached in ride-on mode, the scooter is more top-heavy, and a child should not be left unattended without a parent stabilising the handle. And to be honest if it was big enough for us to use it T and I would definitely have given it a go ourselves by now. Related: The best bikes for kids of all ages What is the Globber Go Up Comfort Play like to look at?After a few weeks, our toddler is getting the hang of it, and it’s replaced the stroller for most summer night walks. The configuration above has the folding foot rests and parent’s handle attached, but you can remove the handle and “fence” for a non-assisted version, and as they get older you can rotate the seat 90 degrees to convert it to standing scooter mode. Finally, an integrated light on the back of the helmet with LED lights that never run out will ensure your child can be clearly seen when scooting. When folded down, it’s a great balance bike for toddlers, we let our little guy push himself around the house like this.
