The time scale is not guaranteed but usually is 2-3 days for Tracked 48 and 1-2 days for Tracked 48. It is quite tricky to solder straight onto a battery terminal, and quite easy to damage the battery when doing so, but it is ok (for this application) to press the wires against the battery.
