I need another SJM new release NOW! Aidas. The male's eyes widen when he sees the Starsword. He has scarred hands – Az!!! Makes her put on a blindfold and Ruhn is my hunky, broody, smart ass, fae and I love him. Ruhn absolutely owns me and is my favorite of the Crescent City boys. I loved him in House of Earth and Blood and Chapter 3 seals the deal for me.

House of Sky and Breath has ramped up the stakes, the intrigue, and the revelations. Sarah J. Maas is the queen of twists and turns and surprises — no matter how convinced you are that you know what’s going on. As with House of Earth and Blood, and reminiscent of her writing in her previous two series, the biggest revelations happen towards the end. And my, are they big.Bryce basically says she isn't marrying him and then leaves with Hunt. Goes home to find Ithan Holstrom bleeding in her apartment.

Before and Chaos was his bride and Apollion’s dam.Tells Hunt he is wasting the gifts he was given, and that he I wasn’t surprised by that, to be honest. The moment they started talking about other worlds and all. I started thinking about Rhysand, Freya and the gang. I started also thinking of Aelin and Rowan. It was just so wholesome. I loved it. Amren I going with the same label I gave House of Earth and Blood, because I can’t think of a better way to describe Sarah J. Maas’ powers of propulsion. While you could simply soak up the rich details and colorful characters and call it a day, because that’s enough to make this a compelling read, you have to devour rather than savor because HOLY shit there is so much happening and a hundred leads to follow and double-triple-quadruple-crosses and intrigue up to HERE and lives on the line and BEDTIME IS A MYTH PERPETUATED BY THE ASTERI. Lidia (The Hind) and Ruhn might be mates. I honestly fully support and would love to see if SJM lets this happen.something for her – something Danika couldn’t do because she was too recognisable. Can't tell them what it was as he didn't know. Celestina tells Hunt she was best friends with his former partner. Celestia apparently tried to help him when he was enslaved but the Asteri weren’t having it. Hunt might die in the next CC book . . . a lot of people believe so, and honestly I don’t believe SJM wouldn’t NOT go that far. Things Get Spicier! Bryce and Hunt finally get their heads out of their own butts and into each others genitals! Yes, I went there…….but so did they *wink*wink*

The real question is whether Crescent City is the end game. Are the Asteri the biggest baddies, like Thanos in Avengers? Our main character is Bryce, however we also get point of views from Hunt, Therion, Ruhn, and Ithan.

Okay, so it’s only been about a month and I think I NOW can say I’ve gathered my thoughts on this book that has actually stolen my breath away! This was easily one of my most anticipated book releases of 2022 since its been two years since we’ve ventured with these characters and experienced all that happens in House of Earth and Blood.
