I haven't heard the US OG, but I have this EU OG and it just sounds (1) absolutely incredible and (2) better than every other pressing I've ever owned and heard, including the ORG/BG (which I think is overrated, possibly due to Mike Esposito's excellent shootout - the reason I ever bought it in the first place).

This pressing is fantastic and easily competes with the original (OG), Bernie Grundman (BG) and Mobile Fidelity (MoFi) releases. There was plenty of talk around the time of its release that the sheen given to it by producer Butch Vig and remixer Andy Wallace was tantamount to bogus commerciality; that it didn’t reflect the band’s raw power and spontaneity live. If I remember from The In Groove's video on the pressings of this album, this Grundman cut is all-analog.AAA Bernie Grundman cut best version of this album you can get aside from the original that is ridiculously expensive. I was amazed on how well this album sounds and I would highly recommend to get the BG version of this album. Additionally, a Blu-ray of the complete and newly remastered in HDLive in Amsterdamconcert video is included along with a 40-page hardcover book with unreleased photos. It was then that I fully grasped the beauty and mindaltering power of that inconspicuous plastic disk, idling away at 33 rpm in the late autumn sun.

Nirvana brought him in cos he’d worked with former Sub Pop labelmates Tad, and the mighty churning hardcore of Minneapolis band Killdozer.I would want to hear from several different people who have actually bought and listened to this copy. Nirvana's success popularized alternative rock, and they were often referenced as the figurehead band of Generation X. They have stopped pressing the BG cuts so now the RKS/Levi Seitz versions are the only in-print version available and it is not as good as the BG. They made real Cobain’s vision of mixing the pop sensibilities of the Bay City Rollers with the rock thunder of Black Sabbath, and in a way that reached millions upon millions of listeners.

In the 5CD+blu-ray super deluxe, the album itself has been remastered from the original analog tapes (the previous remaster was generally disliked by fans) and added to that are four complete concerts from the Nevermind tour fromAmsterdam, Netherlands; Del Mar, California; Melbourne, Australia and Tokyo, Japan.

Innée sleeve is a little bit rough I change the inner sleeve for a plastic one to avoir scuffs from removing off the inner sleeve.
